The Federal Probation and Pretrial Middle District of Alabama is new to ACCI and the Lifeskills Link Program. All USPOs will be trained and provided with their own individual Lifeskills Link account and will be prepared to work the probationer’s on their caseload through the program. Emphasis will be given on how to utilize the program in conjunction with the PCRA 2.0 (Post Conviction Risk Assessment) and the STARR (Staff Training Aimed at Reducing Rearrest) approach.
