Training will be provided to the Peer Support Specialists who work in conjunction with St. Claire Healthcare and with several of the county jails in their region. The Peer Support Specialists are assigned caseloads of incarcerated individuals and are tasked with providing evidence-based programming to prepare the individual for a successful release back into the community. The training will orient the Peer Support Specialists to ACCI’s Cognitive Lifeskills Course, and the Lifeskills Link platform, and will equip them with resources and best practices for delivering both self-directed and group facilitation programs.
