This training will support Osceola County Jail staff to administer the Lifeskills Link program to the incarcerated population through the Smart Communications tablet and technology. ACCI has completed a secure API integration with the Smart Communications tablet, which allows the incarcerated client to seamlessly access ACCI’s evidence-based CBT eLearning courses through a secure Single Sign On (SSO) authorization. While the staff is able to view, monitor and reference the course work and use the data points and views in the clients experience to better prepare them for successful reentry.
